Low Ownership Cost

The Reduced Cost of Artificial Grass

Artificial grass is a long-term investment, highly cost-effective in various ways. It remains in prime condition without any damage, fade or decay for up to twenty-five years. Minimal maintenance, no water means dramatic savings over time.

If you calculate the monthly amount you pay for the maintenance of a natural lawn, you realize that artificial grass starts to pay back in less than two years after installation. There is no trimming, fertilizing, or mowing. You don't need to buy or repair lawn equipment. You don't need to hire a landscaping company to keep your lawn in perfect condition. No water, no irrigation systems allow you to save a significant amount of money, especially if you use sprinklers or live in a dry, hot climate.

The Future of Artificial Grass

In 2018, the worldwide estimated value of the market size of synthetic turf was 2.6 billion, and there is an expected increase of 5.4% until 2025. Its durability and cost-effectiveness increase its demand for outdoor applications. Modern synthetic grass now has anti-bacterial properties that help in preventing germs and bacterial spread.

There is a positive impact on the growth rate of the artificial grass market, due to the increasing need for more playgrounds for sports activities. The government is focusing on budget, wear-tear expenses, and watering expenses of grass, and in this way, the artificial turf market is growing continuously.
The artificial turf industry is using players in promotional activities of its installation, consulting, designing, and testing this artificial grass. Such activities are also playing an essential role in its global market growth rate. The use of artificial turf is on trending now. Additionally, domestic usage is increasing as people are realizing that installing synthetic grass is a smart option to get financial benefits.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can artificial grass withstand bad weather?
Our turf gets installed all over the country in different climates and ever-changing temperatures. Our products utilize the best technologies available that help reduce heat, drain well, and manage the constant abuse mother nature throws at us. With nearly 20 years of experience, we make sure you pick the perfect grass for your home based on tried and true installations.

Does artificial grass stand up to pet odors?
The best solution for getting rid of pet odor is to use a sanitizing cleaner (link). The key is to be able to remove ammonia in pet waste and not mask the scent but break it down and remove it. There are some pre-made Bio-Degradable products available on the market. They can be ordered from ours site here (link) or we can also supply you with these cleaners. Our self-sanitizing valves are a one of a kind custom system that helps control scents and make cleaning a push button operation. We are the only company in the USA that has this technology in place (link). Hosing down an odorous area with vinegar is also an effective way to eliminate pet odor.

How does the artificial grass handle sunlight?

Beware of highly reflective windows on the south or west side of your home. In certain conditions, sunlight hitting these windows have created a "magnifying glass effect" which acts much like a laser and will melt your turf. A coating on the outside of the window will prevent this.

Will I notice the sections in my artificial grass?

Our installation techniques are guaranteed to be of the best and highest quality as we follow the National Artificial Grass Certification Standards.  We do our best to make all seam lines disappear during our installs and will make sure our clients understand the process. By using proper gauging and appropriate adhesives, most seams will be invisible to the untrained eye. With that being said, it is possible to notice a seam line due to different pile heights of turf, quality of turf, and also temperatures of install and proper turf acclimation. We will hand brush, and trim where necessary to leave your project looking its best. All our products are backed by a 10-15 year warranty and are guaranteed to be of the best qualities.

Is artificial grass expensive?

Artificial grass may cost more in the beginning compared to other landscape options such as standard xeriscapes using rock or natural sod, however, once your artificial grass is installed the process is done with minimal upkeep and no need for water (except for occasional cleaning).

Artificial grass saves 55 gallons of water per square foot on a normal water cycle. Most clients see a 2-3 year ROI compared to new natural grass installations including irrigation. Not only do our products look great but with minimum warranties of 10 years and life expectancies over 20 years, artificial grass is a great long-term investment.
